Tamsin contacted me with regards to making her a veil for her wedding day to go with her beautiful Grace Loves Lace dress. I designed and created an elbow length veil with a beautiful lace trim around the edge. It complemented her dress wonderfully and she looked stunning.
"I hit a roadblock in my outfit planning when it came to headwear. I was lucky enough to have a dress that I loved and had decided I wanted to wear a veil, but having extremely short hair, none of the veils I tried worked for me, suited my dress or would be able to easily fix to my hair. I knew I would need to have a veil made and had no idea where to start. Luckily for me, one of my old family friends from my school days is now a bridal designer....enter Susie!! I originally contacted Susie only 3 months prior to my wedding asking for advice, where should I start in trying to find a way to have the veil I wanted? I never expected that Susie would offer to make a veil for me and I accepted without hesitation!! Susie was so easy to work with, professional and efficient whilst also including me in the whole process. Once the veil arrived I knew I'd been so lucky in having a piece made by Susie, it was beautiful. Being the awkward and particular person i am, I requested a slightly different finish on the veil, with 3 weeks to go! Susie made this change quickly without complaint, and I was able to have the perfect veil for my perfect day. I couldn't recommend working with Susie highly enough, thank you so much for everything you did for me in helping me to feel beautiful on my wedding day."
